Arm Roasts contain a bone and make a tender and flavorful centerpiece. It is great for braising or slow-cooking and can be used in a wide variety of recipes. 
 
Arm Roasts are $12/lb and range from 2.5 lbs to 3.5 lbs.
 
This pasture-raised beef is raised by our neighbor, Randy Porco @randyporco, who is an outstanding steward of his land. He gives his animals a wonderful life sheltered under trees all while creating habitat for wildlife and building soil health. Randy stands out for the care he takes, not only of his cows but also of the wildlife and entire ecosystem.
