All of our pelts come from our flock of sheep here at Cactus Hill Farm in southern Colorado. Our flock includes Merino, Wensleydale, CVM, BFL, Teeswater, and crosses. These pelts are tanned in Wisconsin by Driftless Tannery, a small women-owned business, with environmentally-friendly practices using mimosa bark.

Our sheep are raised on certified organic pastures and hay, and we strive to give them the highest quality of life, resulting in beautiful, healthy wool.
