Porterhouse Steaks are larger than the T-Bone: both include the Strip Steak but the Porterhouse features a wider portion of filet mignon. This high-quality steak is ideal for grilling but can also be cooked on the stovetop.  
 
This pasture-raised beef is raised by our neighbor, Randy Porco @randyporco, who is an outstanding steward of his land. He gives his animals a wonderful life sheltered under trees all while creating habitat for wildlife and building soil health. Randy stands out for the care he takes, not only of his cows but also of the wildlife and entire ecosystem.
