Where does our beef come from?

The beef we sell is raised right here in Capulin! Believing in diversity, these cattle roam in a collection of beautiful colors, keeping variety in the breeding.
Did you know “angus beef” just means that they are black cows?
These cattle rotationally graze across almost 500 acres, with the La Jara and Hot Creek running through the property. The beef produced is grass fed, grass finished pesticide and antibiotic free.
