Brisket is well known for making delicious corned beef, but it is also very versatile and can be enjoyed in slow cooker recipes, stews, tacos, and barbecue sandwiches. 
 
Brisket is $10/lb and ranges from 2.5 lbs to 7.5 lbs.
 
This pasture-raised beef is raised by our neighbor, Randy Porco @randyporco, who is an outstanding steward of his land. He gives his animals a wonderful life sheltered under trees all while creating habitat for wildlife and building soil health. Randy stands out for the care he takes, not only of his cows but also of the wildlife and entire ecosystem.
