Gosar Ranch has been producing wheat since 1963 and has marketed it in the conventional channels, including seed, milling, export and feed lots. In 1978 a decision was made to build a small-scale flour mill and mill the wheat into a superior stone-ground flour which would be marketed as directly to consumers as possible.
